The 30-Minute Morning Routine:

The morning routine is an essential part of the TOP GODDESS Method. It involves waking up before 6.00 AM and following the below routines

Lunch Time Routine:

The lunchtime routine involves starting your breakfast between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM during the first month, then starting your breakfast after 12 (16 to 8 Fasting). Additionally, you should walk for 10-15 minutes after meals.

Evening Routine:

The evening routine involves drinking water after dinner until breakfast the next day (finish dinner before 8.00 PM), reading a book for 15 minutes, meditating for 5 minutes, and going to bed before 10 PM.

Without having an evening routine, you won’t have a fantastic morning routine, the next day.

General Guidance:

The TOP GODDESS Method also includes some general guidelines, which provide 10 minutes of exercise every day, such as sit-backs on the couch, glute bridges, and pull-ups. You should also follow the recommended meal plan.

What to Eat:

The meal plan in the TOP GODDESS Method recommends eating a cup of rice or oats, one cup of green vegetables, and one cup of chicken or fish for breakfast. You can have Greek yogurt, honey, and nuts for snacks between meals. You should have four eggs, greenery, and one cup of sweet potatoes, oats, grains, jackfruit, carrots, beet, and pumpkin for dinner. You can also include green vegetables like tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, and bell pepper.

Diet Guidelines to Follow During the Day:

During the day, you should avoid drinking milk tea in the morning and drink a glass of water for half an hour before every meal. You should wait to drink water half an hour away from food and drink 2-3 litres of water per day. Additionally, you should only eat two main meals daily and avoid snacks in between. You should eat to the fullest while eating and avoid sweets, flour food (gluten), milk, vegetable oils, packed foods, and processed food. After every meal, go for a 5 to 15-minute walk. Instead of starchy foods, you should eat 20-40 g of protein per meal and increase good fats like nuts, eggs, egg yolks, fish, and avocados. Other oils are prohibited besides coconut oil, butter, and ghee.

Before You Start:

Before you start the TOP GODDESS Method, take photos of yourself, measure your waistline around your belly button, and measure your weight.
